The law firm of Michael Pappe and Associates was established in 1984 and is located on Hanassi Ave. in Haifa in a building inspired by the Bauhaus movement .The firm offers an extensive array of legal services, mainly in the field of civil law, specializing in contract law, commercial law and international law.

In 1988, Mr. Pappe was appointed Honorary Consul General of Germany for the Haifa region.

Since Mr. Pappe was granted this title, the law firm has effectively functioned as the German Consulate in Haifa, offering significant services to Israelis and Jewish parties that possess special interests in Germany and to Germans that have various interests in Israel.

The firm is deeply involved in business activities of Israelis in Europe in general and particularly in the German-speaking countries  Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In addition, the firm represents European companies and individuals who have interests in Israel as well as large companies operating in the hi-tech industry and large companies and law firms from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
